Delighted to announce that handover is now complete of our redevelopment of Bay Chambers, a key historic building in Cardiff Bay. The scheme has created 44 one and two bedroom social rented apartments for Cadwyn housing association. Well done to everyone involved!

Our scheme of 24 new apartments and community space at the former Ty-Yn-Y-Pwll Hotel in Trethomas is nearing completion. The development will provide some much needed affordable housing for the local community and has been delivered on behalf of United Welsh housing association. We hope the new residents enjoy their new balconies! / SM

We have just submitted a full planning application for this mixed use development consisting of 48 apartments, a community run cafe plus a number of commercial units for Cadwyn Housing Association.

This forms part of the overall redevelopment of the Former Paper Mill, Canton.

We have just assisted Cardiff Council with submitting a full planning application for the retention of 52 modular homes at the former Gas works site off Ferry Road, Cardiff.
​
The scheme is part of the Welsh Governments long-term strategy for homelessness provision and provides a safe haven for homeless families in Cardiff.
​
It was built using using the Beattie Passive demountable House4 modular system and will be fully certified to a Passivhaus and a Net-Zero Carbon standard.

After a lenghty planning process we were really pleased to see that our scheme of 8 new affordable homes within the village of Bonvilston were finally approved.
​
We will be looking forward to geting this one on site in the new year,

Delighted to have gained full planning approval for our scheme of 31 new affordable homes at Holm View, Barry.
​
The scheme forms phase two of the overall development of the site, with phase one having been completed in 2021

Handover now complete of eight new homes at Abertonllyd House in Treherbert.
​
Work on this project started in October 2021 with the building being redeveloped as housing for people who have experienced homelessness in order to provide high quality accommodation that would provide an alternative to the use of temporary accommodation.
​
There are also a number of support services within the building in order to provde assitance and help for the residents to move on to more permanent housing.

On behalf of Linc Cymru, our scheme of 37 new apartments at a former well-known Newport landmark has been unanimously approved at planning committee,
Members commented on the ‘excellent façade retention proposal,’ how the design complements the work taking place to rebuild Bethel Community Church, and the welcome addition of more affordable housing for Newport City Centre.

Planning has been granted for our small scheme of five new build bungalows on a vacant site in Nelson, for United Welsh Housing Association.
​
We are hoping to get the scheme on site later on this year. Each house will benefit from renewable technology including air source heat pumps and PV panels

We've celebrated double success at the 2021 Vale of Glamorgan building excellence awards with two of our schemes being recognised!
​
'The Goodsheds' Picked up the best large commercial building award and our scheme at the former United Reform Church in Barry won best new conversion.
​
Both schemes presented their own various challenges so it's very pleasing to get recognition for these along with the rest of the team.

Another planning success... Our scheme of 14 new apartments in Penarth for the Vale of Glamorgan council has been approved at planning committe. The scheme will provide some much needed 'older persons' accommodation and also includes a large communal garden for the residents to enjoy.

Working alongside the Vale of Glamorgan we have made a Pre-application consultation for 53 new affordable homes (A mixture of houses and apartments) on a large site in Barry.
Following the 28 Day consultation, a full planning application will be submitted.
